Orders cancelled after being processed may be subject to administrative charges. If your order has been dispatched, the buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds will only be issued through the same payment method used when the order was placed.

Different products in the same order may be dispatched at separate times due to specific product's complexity, and may be received individually. We offer free UK delivery for all orders above £50, and free delivery for orders above £100 to the EU.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number/link. Please note, that delay might occur on international shipping, due to customs clearance & checks.
Your package could have been sent back to us due to several reasons: 1. No one was at the delivery address during repeated attempts of delivery 2. The package was not collected from an agreed pickup point within a given time frame 3. Delivery address was incorrect or missing necessary information.
In any of these cases, once your package is returned back safely (under T&C), we will issue a refund within 30 days. Please note that there would be an administrative surcharge.
If you still wish to receive the items ordered, you are welcome to place a new order.
